1. Different Batches For Different Levels - Our first step is evaluating the current level of the students, judging their weaknesses and training needs and then putting them in a batch that will suit their requirements. This way we ensure that the students get maximum value from the course.
2. More Personal attention a We form small batches of 8-12 students. We give chance to each student to speak in class, to participate in discussions, make presentations etc. We are then able to provide each student with the specific inputs they require.

Multimedia Approach - Multimedia used by us in classes includes: Teaching using LCD projector, PowerPoint presentations, video recording of students and giving them video feedback ; showing English TV serials to students, showing Hollywood movies to students, doing translation of Hindi movie dialogues into English etc.
